Habitat is proud to have been part of team involved in delivering the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre.

Habitat were engaged to provide advice and assistance throughout the initial stages of the project and to obtain approval for the new development.

The project comprised a new integrated cancer centre adjacent within the existing health precinct of East Albury, drawing together a range of existing services into a single development, providing public and private treatment services. Habitat provided supporting planning advice to the project design team throughout the initial concept design phase leading into the preferred design scheme. The application was prepared as a Regionally Significant Development, with Habitat negotiating the application through the planning process to achieve an approval via the Joint Regional Planning Panel.
