Habitat  were asked by the Deniliquin Council to prepare a Master Plan for the development of land adjoining the Deniliquin aerodrome for related industrial purposes.  The objective was to develop a Master Plan that provided both flexibility in relation to lot sizes and configurations as well as the provision of all infrastructure required for industrial development.

The preparation of the Master Plan required a detailed site investigation culminating in a number of development options.  The exercise was challenging as it required the integration of both road and air transport infrastructure.  The Master Plan has been used by Council as a means of attracting investment at the aerodrome that might utilise both road and air transport.
